How to make windows hibernate if computer not utilized?

Is there any posible way to put the computer in hibernation state after 10-20 minutes of no utilization?

Yes. You could use the tutorial below to help show you how to enable hibernate, then use OPTION FOUR to set for how many minutes to wait before the computer will hibernate when the computer is completely idle. :)
