Use only the Partition Wizard boot disk at the bottom of the list here Partition Wizard , as all others can fail during resizing. Download ISO, rightclick to burn to CD with WIndows Image Burner.

Boot CD, Rightclick C to Resize, grab and drag the partition intact to the left - just slide it all the way over so it bumps up against the left border. Click OK, then Apply. Partition Wizard Resize Partition - Video Help.

You can then either Resize the right border of C to where you want it, and/or rightclick on the empty space left to its right to Create a New NTFS Logical partition for data or storage. Partition Wizard Create Partition - Video Help
