How-to Move Blue Hilight In Recomended List ?

In Use MPC-HC For All Media File Type But Blue Hilight Is Not Move to Default Programs. Any Help ?

And How-to Restore WMP ? [I Need Back It to Never Open This Program] I Mean Like After Intall New Windows When We Open Wmp We'll Get Popup to Basic Settings

I Don't Like WMP But I Don't Need Turn Off Features Because Some Problems
