How to move documents off boot drive?

Hi I'm running an OCZ SSD as my boot drive for windows and am trying to figure out how to have all of the my: documents, music, videos, ect. all that stuff to have their directory set on another harddrive and cant quite figure out how to do that, or if it's even possible.

Basically want JUST windows OS/updates and whatever programs I choose to install to the ssd and everything else to the other hard drive.

Have a look at this: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/72427-data-partition.html But instead of shrinking C to create a Data Partition, you just define a Data Partition on the HDD. Just make very sure that you move folders to predefined folders in the new data partition and not folders to the data partition itself - that will create a mess.

Another tip: Remove the hiberfile from the SSD (if you do not use hibernation). It will save you a few GBs. The command in elevated Command Prompt is: powercfg -h off
