How to prevent wake if lid is closed?

I don't want my laptop waking up to do scheduled things when the lid is closed, even when on AC power.

I know there is a setting to prevent this when on battery power, but there seems to be no way to prevent it when on plug power.

The only thing I can think of is to define a new power config, where wake timers are disabled, but I can't see any easy way to get this to run when I close the lid, inducing sleep. Maybe there is an event scheduler event I could use to change the power plan when lid is being closed? Even that seems awful complicated, though.

Thanks, but I guess I was not very clear. Yes, I can always disable wake timers. The problem is that I want that to be dependent on whether the lid is open or closed. What you provided is a way to ALWAYS disable wake timers, regardless of power source. The problem is that when the lid is closed, the laptop may overheat even if it is on AC power, or especially if it is, since that is usually a higher power usage state. If I disable wake timers for plug power as in your screenshot, my scheduled tasks will never wake the computer from sleep, even if the lid is open.
