and "Pin to Start Menu"? Also, as a bonus if someone can help me with removing "Run as administrator"
I've scoured Google and only a few results provided me a registry trick, but that doesn't work on all applications.
The one in my screenshot is an explorer.exe shortcut (.lnk file) on my quick launch bar and seems to be the only application shortcut I can't figure out how to remove. I think reg hack used to work prior to some Windows update patch:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\explorer.exe --> right-click the right hand pane and create an empty String value named IsHostApp (then reboot or restart explorer.exe via the Task Manager).
