How to remove the 'shiny' effect on the title bar?

SOLVED

I want to remove the 'shininess' that you see on the title bar so it is all one color. See this image:

Could I edit the Aero theme in some way to remove it, and how?

EDIT: I found the file using Restorator. I exported the PNG, edited it and want to put it back in aero.msstyles. How do I do it?

Those things are called "stripes" and there is a little utility that will do the trick for you.
It's called aeroTuner and you can get it here: AeroTuner by ~hb860 on deviantART
