How to solve this blue screen problem?

Hello! My laptop always freeze especially on start-up after I click something for example I want to open the browser then it'll start to freeze. I tried to open the task manager while it freeze, and finally the blue screen appear. Anyone can help? Below is the problem signature and etc.
