I have just finish the pre-pre-pre-Alpha version of tiny application, which should turn off the first Xbox 360 Wireless Controller connected to PC.

Since I have not that device (I gave it as a present and then found that design bug), I would like to ask to check whether it functions. Simply pressing the button with XBOX logo should turn off the Xbox 360 Wireless Controller No. 1 connected to PC.

The application should be stable, but I cannot check the turn-off.

Please let me know your result and if you find it helpfull also comments what should be added or modified.

that ( Xboxoff.zip) was a perfect software, it works well, but as you asked us if it works for the second controller? i should reply that no, just it turns off the first controller? i have two xbox controller so i need another software that can turn the second xbox controller as well, but anyway thanks a lot that at least i can turn off one of xbox controllers without taking out the batteries.

i found another software in this site that can turn off any controller just by holding the GUIDE button of any controller and a message appears to turn off or not.

Little program does not seem to work? All that I get is a little graphic showing the "X" button. Clicking on it does nothing?

It works with windows 10 (latest updates) and it allows you to turn off your controller without interacting with your PC. It even shows battery levels of your controller really nice.
