Solved how to upload cbs log to skydrive ?

I have a cbs log that I need to post here. I need experts to analyse it and help me repair the file which sfc could not.

I have it in my notepad. How do I upload cbs log to skydrive ?
I mean do I save it as txt , then upload it to skydrive ?
I tried that and it was uploaded to skydrive, but I cannot find way to get its link so that I can Copy/paste the link here.
I am missing something, and I posted skydrive screenshots here many many times. But never a txt file.

If you zip up the cbs.log file, is it small enough to attach here? Otherwise, you'll have to create a folder that allows public access on skydrive, and link that folder here.

Why not zip it up and post it here, max for a zip file is 8Mb.

I had found a restore point where there was no sfc file integrety violation.

If this problem arises, I'll post the question again.
