HP is a clogged toilet when it comes to being useful software. Unless you have a real use for it, I just suggest you un-install it. I've never understood why HP loads so much of their own pointless crap onto machines. <end rant>

Software bloat is a term used to describe the tendency of newer computer programs to have a larger installation footprint, or have many unnecessary features that are not used by end users, or just generally use more system resources than necessary, while offering little or no benefit to its users.
Have mutiple HP laptops here.
Bloatware is not appreciated, needed or indeed used.

BTW Did you have a question to ask?

I've had 1/2 dozen HP Pavilion PCs over the years. I take that stuff off right after removing the Norton crap. If you have a problem start an account here instead:

HP Business Support Center

Users helping other users, even though it says "business" it's not paid support. Just a forum. But you can search for good stuff like PDF user manuals, driver downloads etc.. as well as asking for help.
