Does anyone use Belarc Advisor. It has been a useful tool on my W7 for a number of years but all of a sudden it doesn't work. I have tried a fresh installation and it gets to the part where it starts to "creat a profile" and a progress bar starts moving across but always sticks at 72% and goes not further. I have tried downloading direct from Belarc but no luck. Have they stopped their support for W7?

I am also no longer able to install CCleaner.

Update-28 April

I don't know which ones I tried but I will have a go using the links you have indicated. I will have to connect my troublesome W7 machine to the internet using ethernet cable. Wifi no longer works.

You help is much appreciated.

Update: Your link struck gold. I installed the correct "sunset" version and it is working perfectly. Thanks once again.

I have had a response from Belarc and they are aware of a problem with Windows 7, something to do with the registry. I will find an alternative.
