Hp all in one printer paperjam!

The printer keeps saying theres a paper i took out all the paper an put in new but the error keeps popping up. Hp told me. Its a problem that cant be fixed and i need to buy a new one help ...

I had what sounds like a similar or the same problem, and fixed it by simply pushing on the paper just a little more. Seriously, I'd thought I'd pushed it all the way in but there was somewhere in the region of 2mm left which, apparently in the world of HP printers, makes all the goddamn difference.

It doesn't help that the printer reports 'paper jam' and 'no paper' in exactly the same way.

No matter what your specs, my PC is better.
Need make and model of printer...exact model number. Have you lifted the carriage to physically look inside to make sure there is no paper jam. Depending on the make and model, it's sometimes a preference setting that get's changed. Change the paper type from auto to plain.

Also, HP 6400 and 6500 series printers, when they first came out were problematic. If you look now they've re-branded the series, so apparently they are aware of the problem.

Personal Note: I've been a long time HP fan/supporter but in the recent times I seeing more and more complaints from HP user's globally. I'm starting to wonder what happened to HP's Q&A...
