Solved HP H8-1234 Desktop PC Hard Drive Keeps Running

My Hard drive seems to keep running and I do not know how to make it stop, it just recently started doing this .
I have not made any upgrades so not sure what could have caused this.

Hoping someone can help.

The issue has been fixed, it turned out to be my power supply.
