HP laptop explorer freezes

Usually explorer freezes while starting to play video file from youtube.com; skype messages or this is happening when I am starting to play windows game. whats wrong with my HP Dv6 1280sn laptop?

Update media player
Make sure all drivers are updated and functioning
Take the memory diagnostic test (put that term in search)
Make sure graphics card is working properly and is updated.

How much memory?

media player is updeted;
Something is wrong with ENE CIR Received and Bluetooth Peripheral Device, when I try to update it in automaticly or manuality it shows me, that everything is okey and it cannot be updeted
I tried to take the memory diagnostic test, it shows me, that every thing is allright.

There are 4gb of RAM; 500gb of hard disk; 1gb graphic memory

Lets see if there is some type of conflict. Do a clean boot before going to youtube, etc.
