Hi there koolkat77 & Gx557,
I am also experiencing similar BSOD issues. There does not appear to be any pattern that I can discern. I have run the following tests where everything has passed with no issues - Windows RAM test, chkdsk on all HDDs and SFC. I have installed all of the latest manufacturer drivers for all hardware. My system is approx 18months old and the only previous issue was a SSD (OS drive) failure after 10months where they replaced the drive under warranty. Attached is the required zip file, I also enabled verifier.exe to hopefully capture additional data that may assist with diagnosis. Any help would be appreciated as I am at a loss. Many thanks,
Thomo.

This is a graphics card driver problem.

Please uninstall all the existing drivers for your ATI Radeon HD 4290, reboot your PC and let Windows Update install its own drivers.

Monitor your system for more BSOD's and let us know how it goes.

Regards,
Golden

Hello and welcome to seven forums Thomo242, please follow the instruction by Golden.

Click on the Start :orb: ► Control Panel ► Programs ► Uninstall a program ► Uninstall all the ATI related stuff then remove any remaining drivers using Driver Sweeper.

If you are overclocking any hardware, STOP. Reset any changed values back to default.
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Kaspersky Internet Security 2012	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Kaspersky Internet Security 2012	Public
Please remove Kaspersky, it's known to cause BSoDs on some systems. Replace with free MSE, (at least to test). For additional security, use the free version of Malware Bytes. I've also added a tutorial for you.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Please uninstall any of the following if you have them installed:
  1. 3rd party firewall program
  2. Backup tool
  3. Remote control program

Run the System File Checker that scans the integrity of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
Then run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it
Look for any latest updates from windows updates and install them.

Look for and install the latest version for your BIOS.

Update to latest drivers for the Marvell stuff you have.

Hi Golden & koolkat77, thanks for the advice, I will do all of these things over the next day or so. Just on a side note to let you know I decided to run Memtest (boot cd) again and on the first run I had both sticks installed and it came up with errors. I then ran tests on each stick individually and no errors, I then placed both back sticks into the system and did another test and this time no errors, so perhaps the RAM was not correctly seated initially.FYI only. Many thanks. Thomo.

Hi Golden & koolkat77, thanks for the advice again it is appreciated. This appears to have fixed my issues so far, here is what I performed. I uninstalled all of the ATI (graphic card) drivers etc then allowed windows to install its own drivers however I could only get low resolutions. Windows eventually prompted me to install a recommended driver from ATI which is a beta version of the earlier driver I had installed. I then ran sfc and the chkdsk commands with nil issues reported. So far I have not updated the Marvell drivers (very difficult to locate and they appear to be the latest). I have not uninstalled Kaspersky yet as I am waiting to see if there any further issues first, but so far all good. Once again many thanks for your help, advice and time. All the best and keep up the great work you both do. Regards, Thomo.
