I am just wonder Does Windows 7 Ultimate Support both 32 bit - 64bit

I am just wondering because I have a windows 7 64 bit CD and the operating system I am running is 32 bit so I just want to know if windows 7 support both version.

Correct but with some restrictions. If the 32 bit software has any 16 bit calls it will not work on 64bit and if it was poorly programmed and accesses memory addresses above the 3GB limit used by system processes it will quit and crash. May or not bring down the system. This is usually old stuff like games from the early XP days.
If you need backwards compatibility use 32 bit Windows 7, if you want to use more that 4GB of ram and are not interested in older games 64bit window is the way to go. You can always run XP mode on 7 Ultimate. There is nothing stopping you from dual booting 32 and 64 bit Windows 7 but you must have two license keys.

Alright Man Thanks. How can I tell though because my computer keeps rebooting, so there is no way I can check what Operating System I am running?.

When did it begin rebooting?

Is this a store-bought computer?

How old is it?

Boot into Win7 installer's System Recovery Options or System Repair Disk to run Startup Repair a few times with reboots to see if it will sort your reboot loop problem.

If not try System Restore from the same list.

If you need to rescue your files before reinstall there is a step here to do that and also get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 - same for retail.

You can use either 32- or 64-bit Win7 with each license, but only one at a time. If you want to shrink your Win7 to try a dual Boot install from booted installer you have 30 days to choose before needing to activate the new one, and can delete it in Disk mgmt if you decide not to. The installer is provided in both tutorials and in both bit-versions for reinstall/repair of your licensed version.
