Hello I have been recieveng the listed above error for a few months now, but the last few weeks its been unbearable. I tried changing the cable but it didnt work,same problem. I get random pc freezes just for surfing the internet. My motherboard is ECS G31T-M REV : 1.0 and i saw somewhere i guy solved the problem by updating his Serial ATA controller but I am unable to find one for my MB.. Can someone please help me?
