I built myself some cursors how do i keep them from reverting each reb

Like the description said i made myself some awesome cursors and got them to work but each time i reboot it reverts back to the old windows areo cursor. Any suggestions on how to fix?

P.S. I built these myself so i know there are no viruses in them. :geek:
