I can not install ''Windows Virtual PC'' on my laptop

Hello everyone.

I have a problem to install ''Windows Virtual PC '' on my laptop which is running with windows 7 professional 64 bit .
You should know ''Windows XP Mode '' has been installed in the first and When the ''Windows Virtual PC '' is being installed an error message is represented as this '' The update is not applicable on your computer''!!!

The downloaded file of Microsoft Website for Windows Virtual PC is "Windows6.1-KB958559-x64-RefreshPkg" It's size is 16.2 MB.
Now I would like some help how to solve this issue .

If you have XP Mode installed, then you already have Windows Virtual PC installed.
