I cannot activate non bought copy of Windows 7 Ultimate x64 online/ph.

Hi guys! I have a brand new Lenova y510p upgraded with a 1 TB Samsung Evo SSD and 16 GB RAM and can't for the life of me activate my copy of Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I can't activate via KMS or over the phone if I even get that option through slui 4. I think my STILL(?) table is corrupted.

This rig is for my Dad and I had to restore off an image to get the time needed to activate back, which is 19 days.

It originally had 8.1 pro, and I put in a dicy copy of Windows 7 Ultimate x64 in instead.

Can ANYONE please help me fix this possible debacle?
