Initially, I have an issue that suddenly I cannot open Windows Explorer and Control Panel and I am able to fix it by my self as in my post here (http://www.sevenforums.com/general-...ndows-explorer-control-panel-domain-user.html).
Where the issue only appear if I login as Domain user.
But then, after I restart my laptop and login again as domain user, it happened again.
And only if I login as domain user.
Just curious that it is related with windows update or other update from other programs.
I search for this issue and I found that after updating new IE-9 it will have this issue.
Is it correct?
If 'Yes', how to fix it? Because I am not sure that I can use System Restore for my laptop.
And why it happen only for domain user and not with local user (local admin or normal user) ?
Thanks in advance.
