I can't get to install my Windows 7 Ultimate

Hello everyone, thank in advance for comming in my post.

I keep getting this message: Windows could not format a partition on disk 0. The error occurred while preparing the computer's system volume. Error Code: 0x80070057

I have done several steps already, I opened the cmd and I did the following steps:
DISKPART and hit enter.

LIST DISK

SELECT DISK 1

CLEAN

CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY

SELECT PARTITION 1

ACTIVE

FORMAT FS=NTFS

ASSIGN

EXIT

and nothing... I'm trying to instal from a bootable USB stick, I have already installed this windows in my other PC thinking it may be the USB but no, it's not the problem...

Please help.

Use the Partition Wizard Boot CD to create and prepare your partitions.

Download the iso , burn it to cd with Imgburn or PowerISO ( my preferred tool ) boot from the cd. It will walk you through it. Read up at this link.

Partition Wizard Bootable CD allows user to manage partition directly with partition manager bootable CD.
