I don't see how to post a messge

I hate being really dumb about this but I do not see any new toolbars and I definitely don't see how to post a message.

Please help.

To create a new thread, click on the most appropriate category on the main page here: http://www.sevenforums.com/

Once you're in a sub-forum, click on the yellow "New Thread" button and you should be good to go!
