I have Blue Screen Every Day

I have blue screen every day like i attach. I reinstall factory out of box disk, but I'm still getting same problem.
I did BSOD and post to this thread.
Please tell me what is the problem.

The error code (0x00000116) and driver (atikmpag.sys) indicate the problem is with your ATI video card. Depending on your technical expertise, some things to look into:

1) Overheating. Make sure the laptop is ventilating properly. It may need to be cleaned.
2) Drivers. Make sure video card drivers are up to date.
3) Overclocking. Is the video card overclocked? If so, return it to stock speeds.
4) Underclocking. It may be possible to underclock the video card to improve stability if nothing else works.

I also noticed in your event log a few errors related to the hard drive:

The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk1\DR1

For that I'd recommend running tests with Sandisk SSD Toolkit, and maybe a disk health monitoring utility if the Toolkit doesn't provide that functionality.

Could you be more specific on the model of your laptop?
There are many Tecra R850 laptops from Toshiba like Tecra R850-1CF, Tecra R850-117, Tecra R850-SP5135L, Tecra R850-S8510, etc.

To add to Alphaniner good post, make sure your BIOS is up to date from Toshiba, follow below instructions for a clean install of your display drivers.

BIOS Version:              TOSHIBA Version 4.10  , 1/8/2013

Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Toshiba. Be sure to ONLY install the drivers using custom/advanced options.
