I have failed to configuration PC to PC LAN & Internet sharing..

I have failed to configuration PC to PC LAN & Internet sharing via 'crossover' LAN cable.

I am using desktop and laptop, Installed os windows7 ultimate with my desktop and windows7 professional with my laptop.

I have a good "Crossover" cable & I have "USB Modem" for internet.

PC-1=Desktop
PC-2=Laptop

Question1. I want to share my drives from pc-1 to pc-2
Question2. I want to share my internet from pc-1 to pc-2

Please give me full instruction.

It's sometimes required that adjustments be made to the security tab in order to gain entry to drives which were created under a different user name.
