This looks like this may be the driver for your webcam. You just need to "select file" for the 32-bit or 64-bit driver version for your Windows 7.

They did not make a driver for Vista and the text states "This Camera will not work with Windows Vista". If Logitech does not make a Vista or 7 driver I would be wary of any other you might find that states it is. You may need a new camera.

You could download the XP driver and try to install it in compatibility mode with Windows XP selected, but from my experience webcams are real touchy about drivers.
