Solved I need help! C:\users\owners\AppData\Local\Temp\New2589.exe Error

What is this how i fix ? it keeps poping up every 10-15 minutes but the new2589 number changes.... It's really bothering me ..

Clean your drive.

Open Computer, right click on C: and select Properties.
Click on Disk Cleanup. Takes a few seconds for it to scan then shows you what can be cleaned up.
Make sure at least the first 3 are checked.

WindowsUpdate Cleanup
Downloaded Program Files
Temporary Internet Files

Click OK to perform the cleanup.

That should get rid of New2589.exe and any other junk.

Do a full scan with your Anti-virus software.
Download and run Malware Bytes Anti Malware Free (not paid version).

I did all this and i'm still getting errors , do you think its a virus?

I recommend not using the Registry Cleaner part if you are not sure of what you are doing in the registry.
