Solved I need help troubleshooting my PC (Sudden lag while playing games)

Okay, so I'd like to get some support for my PC.
I'm trying to find what's wrong with my PC for like over a month but I just cannot see what's up with it.
So, I'm playing (for example) World of Tanks, the F2P Tank MMO, On minimum settings (cause my pc is not very good to get satisfying FPS on high settings) i do a battle, FPS is normal , I finish the battle, chat a bit with my Mates in my group, FPS is still fine in the tank lobby, then a new battle starts, I wait out the 30 secs, then start moving my mouse. It's all jerky, i check my FPS, it's down to perm. 6!! SIX FPS!! CMON'! I went from like 40-50 down to 6 in less than 2 minutes!
I notify my team that i have techical issues ofc.

Now, I quit the game, EVERYTHING has slowed down! Im writing this message right now, i see letters appearing 2 seconds later than i press my buttons cause im a pretty fast typo.
Also, youtube is slowing down, everything is. It's like my PC switches itself to stonehenge mode and i cant do shit to fix it.

Then I restart my PC, and everything is back normal again.
This is really pissing me off.

Note that they are taken with World of Tanks open just for the sake of it.
But it isnt any better with it closed either.
Im not sure what it is, looked like RAM problems to me at the first glance, but not sure if it is or not, just want your confirmal on it before i start tinkering my pc.

Anyone?

I ran prime95 for about 4 hours with no errors.
I also ran kasperskys full scan, it detected one infected file on my pc.

About 4 hiurs in one of my two hddsstarted clicking. Thats indicating a HDD fault. Bt can hdd deal with te fps i get in games???
