I think I have a virus or a worm in my system

I am lately getting a lot of "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" from the Mail Delivery System and in the same email "Why is this message in Spam? It seems to be a fake "bounce" reply to a message that you didn't actually send." I am also been bombarded by a bunch of unwanted popups again. And Adobe Flash plugin for FireFox keeps poping up a bar at the top of the browser screen saying it has crashed again with 2 buttons saying "reload", "report the crash" and a (X for close) on the right side.
For safety reasons certain important passwords like the administration passwords for my blog, Paypal and to check my bank account are not stored in my laptop. Some are in my head but I keep a hard copy in a notebook locked in a safe. I already had 1 ex room mate use my Ebay/Paypal account to buy a bunch of things without asking 1st.

To RickeyRose. When I look at this thread with Firefox I don't see your reply but I see your reply in the email notify sent to my email address. I don't know why. Anyways I never open those popups, I just click on the (X) to close them.
