Hello Everyone!

I would really need assistance with my win 7 updater. I've tried many things but still nothing.. If you need something from me, just let me know! I will do my best to help you help me :-). Have a good day!

Here are somethings i've tried :

KB976902 <- i've this update installed and it could be removed at first so i needed to do this: (even though i managed to remove it it went back after the reseto to show as installed, but i don't know if it is installed)

I scaned the computer with win defender and disabled firewall.

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data

If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

Please also post the C:\Windows\windowsudpate.log file
