That's a memory management error.

Either it's your antivirus or you should have brought the pc to a shop like I said about a month ago for them to set up the pc and/or do testing for faulty hardware.

In any case, I'd update this asap and also uninstall av:

Code:
ASACPI ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005
Also, visit Marvell.com or here to get the latest networking driver because what you have is old.

Code:
yk62x64 yk62x64.sys Mon Feb 23 10:02:27 2009

i was doing a test on something, what caused the bluescreen really was a ram stick, i just happened to be opening windows media player at the time. Yea i also havent gotten around to updated the Ethernet driver.

OK. Blue screen view, and to some extent Windbg say it was probably caused by ntkrnlmp.exe. It also shows that WMP was in memory at the time.

The two drivers below are ancient and need to be updated.

BSOD reference (my website): BSOD
The WinDbg one is the one that tells you how to run memory dump analysis'

Updating ASACPI.SYS is sorta strange. It depends on the make and model of your mobo, the OS that you're using (Win7 32 or 64 bit), and if the appropriate file is available for your system.

The 2005 version of the ASACPI.SYS file is the one that causes the most problems with Win7.
That being said, it's not 100% certain that it will cause BSOD's (I've got it on my Asus P6T Deluxe system and it isn't BSOD'ing on me (although it may be related to my issues with sleep/hibernation - but I'm too lazy to check it out).

The actual device that uses it is listed in Device Manager under System Devices...ATK0110 ACPI UTILITY
Interestingly, the driver date there (on my system) is 2004

So, go to the Asus support website and download the appropriate driver from this list (it may be under any of the headings, so check them all. Most likely it's going to be under the Utilities heading.

First is the ATK0110 driver
Next is the Asus AISuite
Next is the Asus PCProbe

All of these will install a 2009 version of the ASACPI.sys file on your system.

well like i said from the beginning that was really not the cause of my BSOD, i knew what it was, it was a bad memory stick, that driver just happen to be out of date, and it seems that some people have trouble with that driver being out of date. Since i got my new ram everything has been working ok, and i updated that driver just so there would not be any future complications.
