Doc, I think explorer.exe is missing, notice there is no taskbar. Somehow it is deleted.

Unless you are sure that you just made a mistake and accidentally deleted it yourself, I'd run a thorough virus check. Other than user error or hard drive failure it is unusual to just "lose" something like that.
