Hello! After searching the forums, I can see other's with the same issue, however no fix posted? Does anyone know why my IBM z60m has no sound after a clean install of Windows 7? I had sound before? Now I have nothing, not even with external speakers or headphones. When I go to the device manager, it just says High definition sound device. When I go to manage sound devices it says high definition device ready, but it won't put out sound when I run the test. I have searched lenovo for sound card drivers, however apparently it is onboard and I can't get a clear set of drivers for the motherboard. Anyone fixed this issue with the z60m? Real bummer, nice laptop, no sound, no help from lenovo either.
