Solved icon overlay problem desktop icons

Since a few days I am having this icon overlay problem withe several icons on my desktop.
The original icon is still there but it is being covered by a sort of internet explorer like picture.
This is also the case in several of my maps.

It might (I am not sure) after having tried to remove the arrow out of an icon.
Everything I have tried so far, does not seem toolve the problem.
Can anyone help please?
