IE 11 and Radarbox24.com

I'm having a problem using Internet Explorer 11 and the flight tracking site radarbox24.com on one of my PC's, using Windows 7. When I try to use Cockpit View, I get a message "Error Constructing CesiumWidget". My other PC's work fine with this site. I've attached a screenshot. Any ideas?

I have IE 11 on 2 other Win 7 PC's, and this site works fine on those. Something with this one PC, which is my best one (Alienware). Here's the rest of the error message:

It doesn't actually say 404 Page Not Found. I've attached a Word doc to see if the actual wording comes thru.

My limited testing seems to indicate that privacy settings can impede that feature from working.

Could be active x filtering kicked in too,
Gear symbol on the top right and Safety,
See if anything is checked there,
It will also show this symbol if activating,

Thanks for the info. I already did reset - no luck. Also, nothing is checked under Safety.

Someone suggested it could be the video drivers. But it works on my 2 laptops who don't even have video cards?

It works for me in IE11 which has no Flash or Java (unless you meant JavaScript). Which link are you referencing? What do you see in IE10?

I think that ThrashZone was asking if each of your computers had the same security setup.

e.g. are they using the same antivirus app, the same firewall...
Also, what antivirus app and firewall are you using,

I'm using MS Security Essentials and the Windows firewall on all 3 PC's. I'll turn them off tomorrow morning and try it then.

But yes JavaScript

ie10 threw the same basic error message except it didn't say it was compatible and just failed and to upgrade your browser
I got the links from that error message.

I did visit those two websites when you posted them. I did not spend too much time there.

That first link does take you to a webpage that has a column with the heading of "Implementations". IE is not listed there, but if you look in the column named "Documentation", there is a link named "How to Get a WebGL Implementation". Follow that link and you will arrive at "Getting a WebGL Implementation". On that page, under the heading of "WebGL 1.0", there is this link: Can I use... Support tables for HTML5, CSS3, etc That web page shows that IE11 should work. Now. Wasn't that simple? How could you have possibly missed that? /jk


I still don't know what to tell the OP to try next :-(
