Seems a likely cause is your drivers are out of date/ Graphic driver and printer drivers,
Check with the Toshiba website for driver updates and or the card maker which your not showing enough system spec's to point you in that direction
intel or...
Uninstall your printer and re-install it and check for updates with that maker,
