I have reset IE to try to get rid of this message, but I cannot find a way to clear it. I know that the individual add-ons all show enabled under Tools > Manage Add-ons. I tried FIXIT and that didn't have any effect. Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset had no effect on this problem. 
Grrr!
