IE9 Favorites

I agree with Baarod and Stratos on the nonsensical isolation of Tools, Favourites and Home on the RHS.
Yes, Favourites can be bought up on the left but the Home icon has forever been on the left.
I'm really surprised by IE9, it's less complicated than its forbears, which made a lot of people go to FireFox, and it is faster than FF.
Having, at last, got someone in with common sense and an understanding of a GUI which ordinary consumers like which is somewhat of a one off, it makes sense to move both Tools and Home to LHS.
