Hello, I've been crashing on start up. I did a build and installed Windows 7 64 bit, and from day one it has been doing this. I can't seem to figure out why this is happening. I thought it might be a driver but I've updated my audio and video drivers and it didn't help.

I used that SF diagnostic tool to extract all of the relevant information if anyone wants to take a look and tell me what's causing this. I've included an attachment with all that stuff. Thanks in advance for the help! Nothing I've been able to find online has helped.

Hi there,

Looks like it's your wireless driver,

Code:
BugCheck D1, {60, 2, 0, fffff8800548fedf}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\bcmwl664.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for bcmwl664.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for bcmwl664.sys
Probably caused by : bcmwl664.sys ( bcmwl664+1aedf )

Followup: MachineOwner
---------

It's pretty old,

Code:
 Loaded symbol image file: bcmwl664.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\bcmwl664.sys
    Image name: bcmwl664.sys

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

Not real easy to find, but this should be an updated version,

Broadcom Wireless LAN Driver for WinXP, Vista, Win7, Ver.5.100.196.8 | Wireless Driver & Software

See how that works for you and let us know how it goes.

Wow, thanks for the prompt response. This has been plaguing me for weeks, since the night I first powered the machine up. I've reset my computer a couple times and it appears to have worked (here's hoping, I was going to keep this unsolved for a few more hours just in case.). It usually crashes every other boot or so, so I think it worked. Thanks again!
