Images In Windows 7 , path where the image gets saved.

Hello

In windows 7 , whenever i open the images and rotates it any direction , it shows as " saving", but the images are not present in the respective direcotry, , i am not able to view the images after making changes.Kindly let me know in windows 7 where does all the images gets saved.

By default the images gets saved in the same location after rotating in the windows viewer.

You say you did not find them in the original location after rotation. Do you mean they get dissappeared from the original location after rotation?

If this is the case, copy one test image on desktop, rename it to a typical name like "test1234.jpg" and open it in the windows viewer and rotate it once. Quit the viewer and check the desktop. If you did not find the file on desktop, use windows search command to locate this file in your C: drive first and later on other drives.

Once you find the file, then that is the location the image gets saved.

Repeat this procedure with the test file in different locations and confirm the target location after saving.
