Import Option Not Present In Contacts Folder

Windows 7 Pro x64

So I have been trying to export some VCF files to CSV but I can't find the IMPORT/ EXPORT buttons on the top panel within the Contacts folder

I found this link on how to bring back those IMPORT/ EXPORT options but when I click on an empty area within the Contacts folder, I don't even get the Customize option

Yes, if you use the Right-Mouse button on an empty area (of the Contacts Folder), a Pop-Up Menu shall appear.

Inside the pop-up menu, about halfway, is an option Customise this folder ....

Selecting this option (Customise this folder), is the intention of the tutorial.
