"Important" Updates Won't Install Properly

There are these 3 updates that my computer keep labeling as "important" but won't download. Two Windows 7 Updates and one is an Internet Explorer 11 Update, and when I try to run the updates it always stops at 80% and my computer freezes up. Any suggestions?
