Solved Importing Favorites into Explorer Exported from an Earlier Version

My system OS used to be XP. I have just upgrade the system to Windows 7. Windows 7 came with Internet Explorer 11 loaded in. Before the upgrade, I exported by Favorites, placing them in a directory on my flash drive called "Favorites." After the upgrade, I found that Explorer 11 will not allow me to import my favorites as a group. With the exception of the Wikipedia URL, each time I try to import a URL individually, I get an error message which says, "Some settings we not imported successfully." What do I need to do in order to import my Favorites?

You can roll back to ie8 and see if the Import goes easier :/

Okay, thanks ThrashZone. If I wish to import my Favorites saved from the prior OS into Explorer 11, how might I be able to do that? Thanks.

Ideally you would export as html file,
Then simply import that file,
