Solved In MS Paint, images print too big.

I could save a snip with the snipping tool and after opening it in Paint, it might print very big.
 
Try selecting Print--> Print Preview instead, then adjusting the margins and stuff with Page Setup (second button from the left in the button bar). Then after you like it you ask it to print.

SATA II drive and Win7 and it zips away! Yay!
You can set up printing options within Paint. Click on the icon upper left

Then hover over Print, and choose Page setup from the flyout that opens
