Solved Install package failure when updating AMD drivers on laptop

I bought a new laptop nearly a year and a half ago in May 2012, and because I only tend to use it when I'm away from home (which isn't often) and almost exclusively use it for internet browsing, I neglected to check for driver updates until tonight. I ran the installer, and because it was taking a while, I left for a few minutes to do something else. When I came back, I saw a message saying that there was an "install package failure". Unfortunately, I didn't check to see what component was being installed at the time before closing the message. The installer continued running, and when I viewed the log, all I could see were successes until I got to the very bottom, where it mentioned the install package failure without specifying exactly what failed. I've switched my laptop off now and will check it in the morning to see if everything's working okay.

I'm posting here to ask if there's anything I should do, or if I should leave it alone if I don't see any glaring issues. If you need more information, I'll provide whatever info I can tomorrow. Thanks in advance.
