Well, I use Partition Wizard that I burn on CD from Linux... It allows you to examine old partition structure and in some cases you can roll back to old structure, there're other tools you can burn on CD under Linux too, System Recovery tool, Rescatux, etc

It sadly didn't work. My only option is to order the recovery disk which is what I might do. Thanks for all your guys help tho!

I used that method. It gives me errors, or it doesn't do anything.
Errors like hal.dll is missing.

Did you download the official ISO fully, then burn to DVD using the MS download tool?

Are you booting the DVD to do the install?

Exactly when do you get the errors? Clean Install Windows 7

Try wiping the HD with Diskpart Clean Command accessing Command Line this way: DISKPART At PC Startup

All Linux code must be deleted using the CLEAN ALL command.As you have had linux on the HD you need do a Clean all & full format.

& made the Startup Repair CD.
