Well, as of right now I've only tried to install ESET. I have researched the error message and have seen that this issue happens with more than just ESET, so it seems to be a "Installer doesn't have enough privileges for [folder of install path]" bug.
Some things I have been noticing is that I don't have rights to delete folders (I wanted to delete all ESET folders before re-attempting install again) and even then I don't have rights.
I'm flabberghasted as just how "un-admin" like the "admin" role is here, lol.
