Installing Windows 7 on a Dell Optiplex Micro 7060

I'm trying to install Windows 7 on the Dell Optiplex 7060 Micro, and it refuses to install no matter what. Every time I try to install it either from a .wim file or from a flash drive, it always throws an ACPI error even if the ACPI driver file is patched. I tried looking at older posts and I couldn't understand the solutions or if it was ever solved at all.
It throws out the same error it normally does when I install windows 7 on a normal device, but as said earlier, how I normally patch it won't work, and I can't figure out how to fix it elsewhere. How do I fix this?

Should probably also mention that the 7060 has a Core i3-8100, 8gb of ram, and an NVME drive.

vostro has b365 chipset and runs intel 8/9 gen. That is probably close enough to the optiplex 3060 with q370

Is there a version available for this that isn't in some obscure file format I don't know about and requires a program that costs me 50 dollars?

I managed to finally get the software installed, now how do I use the file to be able to get Windows 7 installed on this?

Depends. If you are applying the image to a separate disk you can use Acronis to restore to that separate disk from within windows.

If you only have one disk in the machine, you would need to create acronis boot media and boot it, use the program to navigate to the image and restore it to the disk.

You may have solved the problem by now, but I use the Microsoft Media Creation tool to create a bootable USB from an ISO file. Download a Win7 ISO file of the version you want from one of the many sites available free. Then download the Microsoft USB/DVD Tool which will format and create the installation USB from the ISO File you have downloaded. It is fairly straightforward to use. Then just boot the machine from the USB and install on the Hard Drive you choose. (I would use a USB2 slot, to be sure it is recognised at POST) Pete
