Hi, I just bought a Compaq Presario CQ5203 that comes standard wit Intel G41 Express graphics and with a Compaq monitor CQ1859s. The only resolution I can select is 1366x768. The result is a blurry image and low resolution look. I already tried reinstalling drivers etc. but result remains the same.
Can someone suggest how to fix this please.

Specifically, Intel graphics drivers support static display modes (at 60Hz and up to 32bpp colors) include 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024, and 1600x1200.
what you have is like Joshatdot mentioned is native resolution which is not supported such as 1920x1080, 1680x1050 and 1440x900

but intel has a fix for this problem. check it on HERE
